My charging port has been on and off for a few months now and it has finally decided to pull the plug and completely stopped working. I've tried 4 chargers, in different angles, cleaning multiple times etc. Usually one of these would work, but it hasnt.

Ive resorted to getting a new phone (not just for the battery, it has a few old flaws which might be the cause on why its given up on me) but i dont know how i can transfer the data when my phones battery is gone. Is there any way to still do it, personally i think it to be really valuable to me? I really only want photos, if i log into my samsung account will they appear? Or do i just hope for the best that my phone may charge one final time?

You don't say what phone you have. If it has wireless charging, you should be able to charge it that way.
If the changing port is faulty, I'm not sure how you can access the data on the phone without specialist equipment.
If you had backups to your Samsung Account. Then whatever was backed up would be Available

All my phones have been wireless charging. No need for wires as I learnt with a Nokia phone that charging by wire means if there is a problem then you get a paperweight untill it can be charged

Uswitch app. Literally copies all your phone data to a new phone.
