Mobile Apps & ServicesHi @2killamockingbird You are sure it is the correct password? If so I would suggest resetting the wifi password on your router and see if that is accepted. If unsure details of how to do that here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-hub-changing-password
In any case it is advisable to change the password from the default , if you have not done so previously.
