I was on holiday when I received an email from Assurance to "confirm" my Care+ insurance has been cancelled. When I got home I went on live chat with Samsung to an extremely unhelpful agent who was also quite patronising. I have emailed myself the transcript of the chat. I was told he cannot see the reason my policy was cancelled, but he cannot also reinstate this as the system "doesn't have that button".
After paying for Care+ for a year, I feel scammed that my insurance was cancelled randomly, with no warning, and no correspondence from Samsung. The only correspondence I got was from their underwriters, Assurance.
Was told this couldn't be escalated as Samsung don't have "that department".
Therefore I'm publicly making this available to advise anyone to AVOID Care+. Has anyone else had an experience like this, and were you able to get it reinstated?

Good idea.. Still shows activated but the cancellation email I received from Assurance shows it will stay active until the end of the month and then cancel out. They are unable to reinstate the policy as it was cancelled by Samsung
