I noticed a green line on the display after updating my phone, which appears to be a software-related issue. I have performed a factory reset, but the issue persists.
I kindly request a display replacement at no cost.

You will need to contact Samsung Customer Support to arrange a repair, as this cannot be done in this community.
They will inspect the device and advise you further

If the warranty has expired, Samsung unlikely to replace screen.

I went to the Samsung store (Westgate, Singapore) and asked them to inspect the phone, but instead of checking it, they immediately issued a replacement quote for the display. Even after I explained the issue, they didn’t bother to inspect it.
They mentioned that the display would be replaced only if Samsung approves it, and it would be a paid service.
I don’t understand why they aren’t accepting their fault in this situation.

I would also add that this is the UK and EU Community so you may be better reaching out to your local Samsung Community as laws differ by region.

After I raised a complaint, they replaced the display with only labour charges.
But afterwards, I faced a new issue. When I view the display using UV light, I can see some marks on it, as shown in the attached image.
I reported the issue again, let's see their response.

Same Issue for me. Post March 05 Software Update of Samsung for my device Samsung 21FE a few days later I see this green line on right hand side of the screen. I have tried, factory reset as well but it's not helping. I don't see any reason for damage as there has been no fall or dash. I need to raise a ticket with Samsung on this.
