Registration fail in update

Hello. My phone was bought from Dubai, and I am currently using it in Ethiopia. The model is Samsung Galaxy A16 (SM-A165F/DS) with CSC OJM.

I am facing a problem with software updates.
When I try to update from the Settings app, it shows: “Registration failed. Unable to connect to server.”

I also tried updating with Smart Switch and it still fails.
I want to upgrade, but it does not allow me.

It is out of region. Maybe with dubai sim card maybe it would work

Yeah, I live in Ethiopia and it was bought from Dubai. The network works perfectly, the only problem is updating it through OTA

Phones not in their region will not update. Everything else more or less will work as intended- just not updates.

Hi, I'm in the UK and have an EUX model.  Its a brand new out of the box device that says Registration Failed when trying to do the Software Updates.  Did any of you have any success in resolving this issue please?
