Galaxy themes account sync

Please allow us to backup/sync with our already downloaded and purchased content to the new phone. It's frustrating when you get a new phone and have to purchase everything again it isn't saved in our account,dowbload it again.

Hi @Adem0

You shouldn't have to purchase an item you've already purchased if you are using the same account on the new phone. Head in to Galaxy apps > 3 Dots > My apps > Receipts > All your purchased items should be there for you to install.

The free content does need to be installed again, as this doesn't work as a subscription service that is linked to the account.

Oh, then when free themes icons and wallpapers are available we need to download them again... 😞

I have the same issue after login to my new phone my my galaxy it did show receipt i pay for the theme but no able to download i change from note 10 to fold 3, please help.
