Please allow us to backup/sync with our already downloaded and purchased content to the new phone. It's frustrating when you get a new phone and have to purchase everything again it isn't saved in our account,dowbload it again.

I just had a chat with the "Samsung guys" but guess what? They told me to reach out to the tech guys lol. And another guess what guys! I found the answer (if you haven't found one all these years 🥲)
Just go to your Apps, look for the Galaxy Themes and/or Galaxy Store, I did forced stop, clear cached, clear data on both apps. Then go to your Themes app. Check your purchases, the themes will be there.
