Please allow us to backup/sync with our already downloaded and purchased content to the new phone. It's frustrating when you get a new phone and have to purchase everything again it isn't saved in our account,dowbload it again.

I have the same issue after login to my new phone my my galaxy it did show receipt i pay for the theme but no able to download i change from note 10 to fold 3, please help.
