Since a recent update every time I turn on my phone a black envelope appears in the top left corner of my Galaxy A53 5G and is accompanied by a hideous sound that I can't turn off. I did turn off notifications in settings but then I was never notified of new e-mails as they arrived. I only want to turn off this new feature and this hideous sound.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
There has been so many unwelcome updates recently that have changed things that I didn't wish for when I bought the phone. Things need to change before I ever consider another Samsung.
