I recently bought myself an s10e and after a while I noticed that the network Icon displays but I am unable to make any calls or use my mobile data.
I tried the simple troubleshooting steps
- Removing and reseating the sim card(I also tried the card in another phone and it works just fine)
- Performing a Networm reset
- Turning on Airplane mode for a while and turning it off
I even performed a factory reset through the phone settings and nothing seems to work, until I went to the update screen and tried to hit update but I got the following error message "You phone's operating system has been modified in an unauthorized way. Try using smart switch on a computer or visiting a service center"
And now I'm opting for the smart switch option, I've downloaded smart switch and I want to give it a shot bh downloading the firmware and Odin.
But I am unsure as to which fir.ware version I should download and which region my device may be locked to.

Edit: Forgot to mention that the boot loader is unlocked and I get the “The phone’s bootloader is unlocked and it’s software integrity cannot be verified” message when the ohone is turned on.
