Wifi does not reconnect after phone restart

After my daily restart at 3 am the phone does not reconnect to the 5ghz WIFI and stays disconnected.
I have to connect manually. The WIFI usually shows 1 to 2 bars.
I have a routine where the mobile data is activated if my phone is not connected to the WIFI and then deactivates when it is connected.
I also can not create a routine when the phone is connected to my galaxy fit 2 as I do not see it in the Bluetooth devices in routines. I only see my galaxy fit 2 outside the routines app.

Is there any solution trough routines or normal settings ? I have S21 fe.

Mobile Data Routine:
IF:
Wifi Network: Connected to a selected network, Check network name only

THEN:
Mobile Data: Off

WHEN ROUTINES ENDS:
Mobile Data: On

Is the WiFi connection set to always connect /auto reconnect
Fit 2 maybe too old. Did you try removing and restoring fit2 Bluetooth connection

It is set to auto reconnect to 5ghz. For the 2.4ghz is not set to auto reconnect. My Wifi does not get more than 2 bars from where it should auto reconnect after the restart.

Have you got intelligent WiFi set up. I don't use any routines and my phone switches WiFi on and off automatically.
