Email - Spam issue

Hi. Despite constantly selecting particular emails and saying they are not spam, the keep diverting to that folder. Any ideas on how to stop this? I can't seem to find an option of safe senders etc

Don't reply... just treat them as junk mail and eventually they will all end up in the junk or spam folder.

Thanks Pete. Trouble is they are not spam, they are genuine so I don't want them to go there I want them to stay in my inbox.

Hi,

I assume that you are using Samsing Email. Have tried to set these emails as not spam in Gmail or outlook or whatever other email app that this email id was create in?

If you are using outlook you can set multiple mails to go in specific folders. Just remember to create the folder 1st.

Hi! Same problem here - I even tried changing the account password and checking my email from different devices, updating them one by one - it's for sure the Samsung mail app doing that. Did you manage to find any solution? Thank you in advance for your reply!
