Hello. I have just activated my S24 and transferred apps from my old phone (S10e) using smart switch.  However when I open the Samsung email app (v6.2.02.6, same on both phones) I have a lot of folders missing under All Folders.  The main one I am after which I use regularly is Recycle Bin - how do i get this back.  The old phone has folders Inbox, Drafts, Outbox, Sent, Recycle Bin and Spam under All folders - the S24 has only Inbox, Drafts and Outbox - see photos.   The left pic is the new phone, the two others are the old phone.   How do I get all the folders back?

Thanks in advance,

In the email app goto settings - manage folders. You should be able to toggle them on and off

And if still not working remove and reinstall Samsung mail app and reconnect your email account(s)

Have done that already.  Given it's a new phone not yet in use, I might reset it to factory and run smart switch again.  Maybe there was a hiccup in the transfer.  Thanks anyway.
