Hello Samsung Community,
I’m experiencing issues with my Samsung Galaxy [S21] where emails are not syncing properly across my devices. I rely on email for both personal and work purposes, so any insights or troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated.
Issue Summary:
When I send, delete, or archive emails on my Samsung Galaxy [S21, these actions don’t reflect in real-time on my other devices (Windows 10 PC and iPad). The issue seems specific to the Samsung Mail app.
Device and Software Details:
- Device Model: Samsung Galaxy [Model, e.g., S21]
- Operating System: One UI Version [e.g., 5.1], Android Version [e.g., 13]
- Mail App Version: [Include version if known]
- Other Devices: Windows 10 PC (Chrome browser), iPad running iOS 15 (Mail app)
Description of Issue:
When I manage emails (sending, deleting, or archiving) on my Samsung Galaxy, the changes don’t sync with my other devices. This causes confusion, as I often need consistent updates across platforms. No error messages appear, but the changes take hours to show up on my other devices Check here.
Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Tried:
- Restarting the Galaxy device
- Logging out and back in to the Samsung Mail app
- Clearing the cache of the Samsung Mail app
- Confirming IMAP is enabled in my email settings
- Checking for any Samsung software or app updates
Additional Notes:
The sync issue happens regardless of the network I’m connected to, and all other apps seem to sync correctly.
Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions the community can offer!
