Spam email recovery

Accidentally marked an email as spam. The number of allowed spam emails had been exceeded, so looks like the email address was blocked but not added to the list. Any way to locate and unblock.

Have you tried the My Files app
Recycle Bin
To check if they are there
If you use Gmail
Check the spam folder

Not using gmail. I have the email. Trying to ensure the sender is unblocked, but the sender doesn't show in spam addresses.

If you have the email, you should be able to click on the 3 dots and then report not spam.

That would then bring it back into your inbox.

That's how Gmail works so should be similar process for others.
