I bought a galaxy a34 5g and upon entering the phone app's settings I seem to not be able to find this one. as I had it on my a52s and most definitely would be helpful here as well, I can't but ask myself why it isn't there.
(related to screenshot: it should be between those two settings)

@Members_pOVWnBF: Caller ID & spam protection uses Hiya, which is a regionally specific service, so this may be why it isn't showing up for you in Italy. For clarity, did you also purchase your Galaxy A52s (which contained the feature) in Italy, and are you currently inside the region that the phone was intended to be used in?

Yes, it was present.
I bought the A34 from Amazon, and it was shipped from France. It should be an EU firmware so it should work, right?

I had caller ID and HD Voice on my older Note 8 but when i purchase the S23 Ultra (UNBLOCKED) , I called verizon and they advised me that my phone dosnt have the verizon operating system which caller ID and HD Voice was part of their OS. I couldn't download that part of verizon as an app either. But Samsung does have their own blocking app and its working pretty well.

Hi bro. I purchased an US s22 version and had the same issue. I solved it changing the CSC to another US CSC available for my version in samfwtool. After reboot all features ok ...id call protect spam...band selection...all
