A52 5G unable to turn on wifi calling, help please.

I have recently purchased a Samsung A52 5G direct from Samsung in the UK to replace my Samsung S7.

I have an O2 sim only contract and have got a new 5G sim from them.

I am unable to find wifi calling within the menus, is this because this phone doesn’t support it or do O2 have to enable it.

I have done a software update so all good there.

This phone doesn’t generally seem to perform as well as my old phone for voice calls or internet connections. 

I’m not happy so hope someone can help me, thanks.

You need to get O2 to turn this on for you.
