Imou Camera App not starting

Hi I have a Samsung S22 5G running UI Core version 5.1 and Android 13. I use the Imou app to access my cameras and it works fine on my old Nokia 5.3 running Andoid 12.

The error message on the app is "Detected abnormality in current mobile OS. Unable to launch the app". I have stopped the app, cleared the cache and storage as well as removing and reinstalling the app, all with no luck. has anyone got any suggestions.

If it's any use or help - I use the same app on my S23 one UI7 Android 15

Maybe update your S22 device, you should be on Android 14 ui6.1 or later Android 15 ui7

Clear the cache. Hold on the app the press the i on the right top corner press storage and then clear cache
