Hi,
Today we received a replacement fridge freezer for our last one, and this one has a white tube sticking down from the water dispenser. This wasn't present on our previous model (also a series 7) and wonder if it's supposed to be there, or is it something that should be pulled out?
It's pointing the water in the wrong direction and after use, a lot of water drips out shortly after.
