There is an issue with my washing machine.
1) RINSE- The water stays in the drum around 5 litres after rinsing for 15 minutes. While washing, I noticed the temperature and rinse cycle fluctuates. Sometimes in middle of wash, 'Sd' error comes and gets stuck, I have to restart the cycle again. I have cleaned derbis filter, hose pipe. The issue still persists.
2) SPIN- Even after spin, there will be water lodging in the drum, the laundry in the bottom will be soaked in water. If I chose spin separately, the clothes doesn't dry completely, leaving water in bottom of the drum.

Did you manage to get this resolved or are you still having the issue? Also, could we take the full model code of the Washing Machine please? You'll find this on a label on the inside of the door.
