Washing machine anoying tone

I just bought a Washing machine and Dryer. They both have anoying click sounds when picking programs, and a very anoying song that starts playing, when the machine is finished.

Model:  WW95T534CAE 
And: DV95T5240AE

I have tried to go to the settings menu under each program (same place for child lock), but i there is no mute option.

Really hope you can help!

I got the same problem but I managed to turn off the song at the end of the program. Press and hold the “hand with + sign on” for 3 seconds to get to the right menu.

Still, I cannot believe that it is not possible to mute everything but found no solution.
