Warranty registration

I bought a washing machine yesterday. Opened an account with Samsung in order to register the 5 year warranty on my washing machine, but the system does not recognise my serial number. I tried to scan the QR code but doesn't work either. I am getting frustrated after spending more than 30 mm trying again and again. Any help?

It might be better if you can text chat with one of the advisors/agents. They would be able to sort it out. Whenever I've been on the Samsung website, I've always been pestered by one of those chat bubbles. The can be helpful at times like this! Lol
