I don't know if they've been taken off the account but we can't seem to find our samsung TV and washing machine on our account anymore.
Is there any way to retrieve this information as we are currently having problems with our samsung TV kicking us out of apps but we don't know if it is still under warranty.
Do they just delete the products once the warranty is over? Seems a bit of a daft process but that is all I can think of but I could have sworn this had a 5 year warranty and therefore I should still have some time left on this.
Many thanks to anyone who can offer some insight

@John123456789: From what I understand, products that you have registered to your Samsung account should remain visible after the warranty period has ended. If you registered for an extended warranty for either the TV or washing machine, then you will have received a verification email to inform you that the registration has been successful. In this instance, please check your email inbox for the email, as this may be required in the event that the extended warranty is not visible on our internal systems. For clarity, the standard warranty for our TVs runs for 12 months from the purchase date, and the standard warranty for washing machines runs for 24 months from the purchase date.
For your TV issue, please confirm the model number, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV, as this will be useful for the troubleshooting process. In the meantime, please try powering off the TV > Unplug it at the wall > Unplug your Wi-Fi router, then plug it back in and wait for the calibration process to complete > Plug your TV back in, and power back on using the remote. Check your apps once again, and let me know if the issue persists. If it does, please confirm which apps you're having trouble with, along with an notifications or errors you may see when the issue occurs.
