Currently no water is being dispensed, ICE is still being produced, I have replaced filter, water dispenser is unlocked, Fridge has been switched on/off, is there anything else that could done or checked ?

Hi @Members_Vvw0ZNV.
You will need to make sure that the water filter you're using is a Samsung-approved filter as a third party filter won't work properly. Did you reset the filter after it was installed? This can be done in Fridge Manager > Fridge Settings > Water Filter. Also, check if the water line is connected properly.

Thanks, done that, Why would genuine filter make water dispenser work, when its making ICE, as normal, and the water goes thru the water filter to ice maker. so no issue with the water filer

further thought on this, I had some work done on ice maker chamber, to try it stop it frosting up, I think now that if the water line to door passes by or thru ice maker, it could be frozen now....... is there any diagrams for door water line...
