Smartthings loading circle appearing for infinite time to aircondition wind free AR12TXEAAWKN

Hey, I bought two wind free airconditions and I have the same issue when I click on my registered device on Smartthings, only a loading circle bar appearing for infinite time.. I do on Iphone 15 Pro, but it is the same with Iphone XS.. I use ASUS router, but I made a try with the basic router by Vodafone and issue is the same.. I reported tons of times to Samsung on different sites, but no changes, no solution, no valuable answer..............

PLS DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!! WASTING MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here.
I have 4 AC in smartthings app.
- On my pixel phone they show up and status is updated (on/off and Temp)  but the menu/remote doesn't load. The circle shows up ... in infinite loop,for infinite time
- On my samsung tablet all works fine

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, giving all permissions possible. No change
