Timer Audio VERY Quit - How can you adjust it for Wall Oven NV51K6650S

after waiting almost a year for your appliances I'm over all happy with them but the audio on the oven is so quit you can hardly hear it, even standing next to it! 

I have not been able to find a setting to adjust this, even the owners manual doesn't provide help!

Can this even be adjusted and if not WHY is it SO QUIT Samsung?

@Wizkid53704: I have had a look into this for you, and there doesn't appear to be an option to adjust the volume for the oven sounds. If you tap 'Options', then tap 6 on the number pad, you can select 1 to set the oven sounds on On, and 2 to turn them off (select Start/Set to save the changes). I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

thank you for looking into this and yes the only option I found for sound was to turn it on or off in the manual!

Very disappointing that a special order item has this basic feature missing! The designer or approving committee that thought this timer volume was executable must have super man hearing!
