For the last month or so I get this error message every time I do a wash. I have tried switching detergents, cleaning filter, running empty hot wash but nothing has worked. Apparently in US the advice is to use a ' high efficiency ' detergent but I can't seem to find out what the equivalent is in uk. Can anyone recommend a non bio detergent that works reliably with samsung machine?
