I have a new Samsung washing machine MODEL WW11BGA046AEEU.
Our previous Samsung machine showed issues when using the diagnostic cycle (where you select 17hr delay etc) so I wanted to check the new one. Everything seems to be OK but at the end it displays Ot and I cannot find out what this means.
No other error messages are shown, either during the diagnostic run, or during the wash cycles used (though I have not tested all of them!)
Samsung have not been able to advise what this error code means, or even confirm that it is an error message. Before they get an engineer out to inspect, which seems a dreadful waste, do you have any ideas what this message means?
As background I have done the following on the advice of Samsung technical support:
Calibration programme done - no problems.
Hard (power off) reset done.
Drum clean completed.
It was also suggested it was error OE rather than Ot as the top of the E wasn't being displayed (though it shows fine when doing other actions eg assessing load prior to wash etc).
