The light in the oven turns off constantly, to "save energy". It is completely pointless and ruins the entire process of using the oven. Absolutely unacceptable. How do we get a refund, or get someone to fix the oven?
I am aware that it is an "intentional feature", and that it is written in the manual that the oven does this. But there was no info given when BUYING this product, that the oven does not have proper lighting. Please help, this is awful

an awful lot of electrical goods / electronic manufacturers put some kind of onboard diagnostics into their software and cookers can be no different - a couple of button presses and hold button for more than 3 seconds can sometimes take you into a menu where you can turn on and off certain 'features' of their appliance , such as sounds in the way of beeps coming from the panel and possibly there could be one for keeping the light on permanently through cooking , I am not sure -it might be good to search on internet , and youtube or ask some engineers if there is such a feature on your model. Its not normally made public though because they would rather consumers use the appliance as intended
