Summary: Smart things app tells me im low on softener and I need to refill. Even though the compartment in the drawer is full. This error doesn't show on the machine itself though. Just the app. The softener also does not decrease after a wash cycle. Means it isnt dispensing.

Detail: I bought a Samsung Wd11tp34dsx 11/7kg washer early October. I am using Tide Original (ultra concentrated) one with the HE branding on it in the auto dispensing detergent compartment and using Gain's fabric softener in softener compartment. But I keep running into a weird issue 7 out of 10 times, the smart things app will show me a pop up saying fabric softener low, please refill. Even though the compartment is full to the max level. The detergent gets used just fine but in about a month and half of usage, 44 cycles later, the softener has remained full as is. I think its not dispensing properly. One thing to note here is that the softener low message does not show on the machine's lcd itself, but only shows on the app. I want to believe its a glitch in the app but please help. I switched to Downy's Ultra Concentrated softener today and its full right now, but its still giving the same error on smart things app. Please help.
