Washing Machine - WW90T534DAN

hoping someone can help.. got my brand new 

SAMSUNG Series 5+ Auto Dose WW90T534DAN/S1 WiFi-enabled 9 kg 1400 Spin Washing Machine. 

had it for one day and have trialled 5 different washes following instructions, the auto dispense function does seem to be dispensing the detergent and softener but after every wash my clothes literally smell of nothing?! Surely this can’t be right for a brand new washing machine. 

any hints and tips to fix this would be great as this is a bit unexpected for a new machine to be doing something like this & have never had this kind of problem in the past. I just want my washing to smell lovely and fresh when it comes out of the machine.

hello , have you adjusted the 'Dose per wash' to high and 'Dose per rinse' to high and see if thats good from there?

- also Some fabric softeners can smell stronger than others I have found. 

Are you using the correct cycle? - if they are heavily soiled or smelly washing load choose 'Intense' or 'Bubble Soak' in the options for your wash , it will add time onto the wash time but the clothes will be washing for longer in the water.

Any joy with your machine? We have had the washing machine a few weeks and are still struggling getting our heads round it to be honest. We use the fairy balls and genuinely cannot smell them at all after the washing is done 😂
