Samsung Series 6 Washing Machine

The auto dispenser small rubber seals from the rear of the drawer have disappeared and it’s causing too much detergent and softener to be added to the machine. 

I’ve seen another post about this but there is no answer. Where can they be purchased? Seems a stupid thing because you need to wash inside and they’ve obviously fell off due to cleaning inside the drawer section. 

Samsung are no help and the parts I don’t seem to find on the website. At this rate it’ll have to

be book a repair or replacement under warranty because it’s not working properly.

The best option would be to contact Samsung directly for a repair, as they will have the parts.

I tried Samsung technical support but they didn’t help and said contact parts on 0333 257 6325 which didn’t even ring.

I don’t know why they’re not easier to find, you clean the thing and they come out easily so it must be common.

The issue is, I don’t know what the part is called; and there are tones on there. Some even don’t have pictures. I’ve searched through pages, and pages.
