Samsung Product Tester - Washing Machine

Hey folks, As promised my review on the product samsung sent me to test. 

(Washing Machine)

I was delighted to receive my new 9kg Samsung bespoke AI washing machine. This is my second samsung washing machine, the other is an 11kg but its not "smart" and i dont normally have a full load for that. I love that this one uses the smart things app where i can choose the program and tweak the temperature, spin speeds and number of rinses on my phone. It allows me to search for the most appropriate cycle for the fabrics I want to wash and send the program to the machine.

 The machine checks the load and adjusts timings to suit and the display shows time remaining for the program.

There is a speed cycle that takes just 39 minutes which is great and a shorter 15minute quick wash. A cotton wash is done in under one and a half hours.

The appearance is good and there is an audible signal when the program ends and the app also sends a notification.

It is really quiet and my laundry has been washed well.

i bougth a washing machine, autodose ecobubble ..
invoice gives code : WW90T636AHH/-- AutoDose-SAM

ONLY 3 years ago, and it's ... HORRIBLE ,

samsung makes good smartphones, but shouldn't sell washing machines..
at first it seemed really well, autodose always worked well, but the circuit board gave errors withing 2 years, has been TOTALLY replaced, and is broken AGAIN so it is UTTER ***** ..

the swinging drum and door have a WAY to wide opening, that it is impossible to wash children socks in it.. they get in between, block the drain, and you have to wait up to an hour or 2 longer for the machine to get finished and hopefulle open the door..

i want to return it for spare parts , what does samsung offer me? motor and such works fine, but circuit board makes that only via smartphone we can still gues what program we choice, and it's aways stress wether the drain would block YET AGAIN ,

I just purchased a washer 3 months ago and had water all over my garage where water was flowing out of the detergent dispenser. I did take a video of the water just flowing out. Also trying to get someone to service your appliance after getting warranty is a hassle shall I say. I had to speak to 4-5 different people and let me tell you some the customer service people aren't as professional.

I have had very similar problems. Errors  started within the 3rd year. I highly recommend taking out an extended warranty.
