Samsung ecobubble spin wobble

Recently had a samsung ecobubble 9kg washing machine delivered. When I use it there is quite a wobble in the drum: 

Is this normal? 

Tried levelling the machine, removed the 3 transport bolts I found. Is this faulty?

Are you still having this same problem with your Washing Machine or did you manage to find a fix?

Hi no ... The machine is flat and level. Has run through calibration. It's just that when I put it on the drum looks really wobbly as it spins. Not sure if it's normal for this machine or if it's faulty as it's brand new.

No problem. Can you run through these troubleshooting steps to see if you get it sorted? You just need to click on "laundry" and select the issue that you are experiencing.

 Realised that the wobble in the drum is normal after watching this video:
