@Haystack: Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your washing machine. 5E error codes relates to drainage, therefore please attempt the steps to see if this helps.
1. Use the emergency hose to drain excess water from the drum.

3. Check the drain hose and waste connection for any kinks and blockages.
4. Make sure the drain hose isn't clogged and that it is straightened all the way to the drain system. The outlet drain hose should be installed at a height of at least 60cm.
