Samsung Combination Microwave Oven - plate not turning

Hi, has anyone had problems with plate not turning when microwave is on? There is no obstruction, we've switched on and off few times with no success. Thanks!

@Ly1302: Please can you confirm the full model number of the device? In the meantime, try pressing the Turntable On/Off button to see if this helps.

We've tried turning on and off the turntable but no success. The model is Samsung MC28H5125AK Combination Microwave Oven. Thanks!
