Had delivery today of my washing machine of Argos.
Tried to register on Samsung’s website with problems. I rang them up instead and spoke to someone who registered it for me with the five years extended warranty. They emailed me a confirmation email confirming the five year warranty.
When I go on my online account on Samsung and look for the washing machine. It states the expiry of the warranty is December 2025.
how do I go about getting this date change to reflect the five years. do I need to or can I just use the confirmation email if I have to book and repair?

Hello, @Kerry25. The screenshot is showing the standard manufacturer warranty. We'd recommend keeping hold of you receipt/proof of purchase from Argos, and your extended warranty confirmation email which contains your registration code.
