Register - I can't find the links to register my fridge freezer

I have bought a new fridge freezer but can't seem to find the link to register the product or any details in my paperwork either.

I'm in the UK and found this via such a search www.samsung.com/uk/fiveyearwarranty. 

And or contact your regions Samsung Customer service department.
