I recently bought a samsung fridge freezer which was damaged on arrival and after much effort got it replaced. I tried to register it this morning and the site keeps telling me that I have the wrong product number and serial number. I have successfully registered 2 other samsung products this way in the last week. I am at a loss to know how to register this product.
Any good ideas?

If so, and if you have access to a Samsung mobile phone, try registering the device on the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Register to see if you have better luck via this channel. For your peace of mind, registration doesn't affect the warranty, as this automatically activates on the date of purchase.
