I have a Jet 75 black that’s developed a problem in warranty
this is now 3 weeks since I did an online form and am waiting for the unit to get picked up
as I was getting no joy escalated to customer solutions 2 weeks back and all I keep getting is they are in contact with courier and will get back
the same answer has been given to me no less than 5 times in the last two weeks
what am I to do
I have a faulty vaccum in warranty and struggling to get it fixed

we have had 8 emails between me and customer solutions now the most recent was today
answer is always the same we are looking into the problem we don’t know how long it will take
the communications have been over the last two weeks
every email has the same message repeated saying they are looking into it but have no idea how long it will take
how’s that helpful
please help I am desperate

@drshyam: Did the Customer Solutions Team provide any feedback about what might be causing the delay e.g. Allocating a Service Centre, appointment availability etc? Naturally this is not the experience we want our customers to have with our warranty service, however I am sadly unable to progress your query from this position. All I can suggest is waiting for the Customer Solutions Team to chase this up for you, and I'm confident that they will be able to get this resolved as soon as they have some information to share. They are saying DPD need to pick it up and they are in talks with DPD for the last 3 weeks I also get told that they are looking into the problem and they are in conversation but there is a delay and they don’t know when the collection would happen
I asked if any other courier could do but they said no

hi did you manage to get this sorted ? I'm having exactly the same problem with absolutely no customer service. I'm being told DHL have run out of tote bags so can't collect. They have not offered any solution at all I'm just being told to wait. Any advice ? Thanks
