Poor customer help with fridge freezer

My experience with speaking on chat &on phone has made me realise that when the product stops working when under 5yrs old &told its out of guarantee even a sign on fridge door states 10 yr garuntee,l was dismissed with no help that would have given me trust in Samsung products,now I will never buy another product from my experiences . ps had there been an engineer or someone with a bit of knowledge then I would have known the fault as it was I phoned a commercial fridge guy later that day he said it needed re- gassing

I believe that the guarantee is only for the compressor specifically, so if something else goes wrong, then it isn't covered. If you haven't contacted us already, I'd do so - it's easiest to use our social channels @samsunguk

Hi the solution has been to buy another brand of fridge freezer a German make this will last a few years longer lost faith in Samsung products since being dismissed by support team
