Home AppliancesMy experience with speaking on chat &on phone has made me realise that when the product stops working when under 5yrs old &told its out of guarantee even a sign on fridge door states 10 yr garuntee,l was dismissed with no help that would have given me trust in Samsung products,now I will never buy another product from my experiences . ps had there been an engineer or someone with a bit of knowledge then I would have known the fault as it was I phoned a commercial fridge guy later that day he said it needed re- gassing

Home AppliancesI believe that the guarantee is only for the compressor specifically, so if something else goes wrong, then it isn't covered. If you haven't contacted us already, I'd do so - it's easiest to use our social channels @samsunguk
