I got sick off my fridge making noise every time someone went in it, so I turned off all of the sounds via the Samsung Family Hub app. Fast forward a while and the app doesn't work, there's a new app that doesn't talk to my fridge, and I have no sound... can anyone help me?

Have you tried unplugging the Fridge Freezer for a short while before plugging back in again? I got the same problem and I have done all that even a Samsung tech can’t figure it out. The sad thing is that Alex can hear I just don’t have any sound and both speakers have been checked

RF23M8570SR/AA I’ve tried everything unplugged it, reset it turned it off and on. A Samsung tech came out and couldn’t figure it out. I spoke on the phone with a Tech and did all the troubleshooting and no luck

This doesn't seem to be a UK model, so I'm limited in the help I can provide. Though, you did mention a Samsung Technician inspected the appliance. Was the speaker working during the inspection?
