NO SOUND ON FAMILY HUB DUE TO TURNING OFF ON OLD APP.

I got sick off my fridge making noise every time someone went in it, so I turned off all of the sounds via the Samsung Family Hub app.  Fast forward a while and the app doesn't work, there's a new app that doesn't talk to my fridge, and I have no sound... can anyone help me?

Could we take the full model code of your Fridge please? You can find this on a label on the inside of the door.

Have you tried unplugging the Fridge Freezer for a short while before plugging back in again? Also, have a look at the following useful link from our friends in Australia regarding the notifications of your Fridge Freezer: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/apps-services/enable-disable-smartthings-notifications/
