My 3 month old washing machine is making a clicking/ticking noise!! Do I need to call an engineer as nothing in the manual?

have u checked the drum and the outlet pipe.

u could try call washing machine engineer and ask for advice 1st. then try contacting Samsung.

could be something come out of cloths or something else
