How to disable wifi on washing machine (model WW22N685OQ)

Hi,

I'd like to turn off the wifi on my washing machine because I don't use it and never will.  However, it interferes with other wifi signals.  Therefore having it enabled at all is a net loss for me.  I gave it a whack by trying to connect to it with the SmartThings app, but quit trying once it seemed that was a wild goose chase.

Anybody know how to turn it completely off?

I did actually reset it after trying to connect with the SmartThings app. When the washer is on, the wifi is still on. I’m thinking there’s not actually a way to turn that off.
