RH69B8931S9 series 9 Refrigerator can't connect wifi

I follow the manual to press O button for 10 seconds but nothing happen, and I tried to use smartthings app and scan the sticker which is sticked inside the refrigerator but it said not support the QR code. I have no idea how to connect the refrigerator to the app. I appreciated if anyone could help me please.

Hello and welcome, not had the on my fridge, QR code worked fine.

Best to contact Samsung support, are you certain it supports WIFI?, it should also have a Smartthings logo

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I scan the smartthings QR code logo and it said not support the QR code. I contacted Smartthings team and pending their reply.

so I don't know the meaning of the smartthings sticker in my fridge...
