Help with finding oven model number/manual

I've moved into a new house and it has a fitted Samsung oven.

I've got no manual and there is no model number evident (no label or barcode sticker inside the door).

I'm having limited success using it and I wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of a possible model number or ideally a PDF of the manual.

I've tried customer support online chat who pointed me to the helpline...who hung up on me once I'd explained my situation. 🤣

Literally the only thing I have is the photo attached below.

try to pull out the oven usually the seiial and model is at the back of the oven, you need to unscrew 4 screw at the front where you open the oven door to pull it out

Many thanks. I found the model number and did a web search. Found the manual on maualslib.com

I originally asked Samsung about this. The web chat was helpful but unproductive, they sent me to the customer service phoneline, which hung up on me the first time. The second try, they gave me a local service centre phone number. I called that and they hung up on me once I'd explained my question. I called back and they auto-rejected they call.
