I have purchased a Washing Machine Model WW11BGA046AEEU and a Heat Pump Dryer Model DV90T5240AW/S1.
I was under the assumption this will be supplied with everything needed for stacking, however this was not the case. Going through an online manual, I will either need a stacking kit+stacking brackets or rubber feet to complete this without the stacking kit.
I would prefer to do this with a genuine stacking kit and I have reached out to an Online Support, to find out to correct parts required for this. I am confused as the Samsung advisor, provided me with a part number SKK-SSW, however on Samsung website, it seems to suggest this is not compatible with my washing machine and furhtermore it is no longer available?
Can someone kindly confirm what is the correct part as the Manual for the washing machine suggests the correct stacking kit is - SKK-UD* (WW1*BG****** models only) - however, again the Samsung website compatibility claims this is not compatible with my washing machine?
At this stage I am very confused and I will consider returning the product alltogether.
