I have a new washing machine with the auto dispense drawer.
Ever since I got this machine my freshly washed clothes come out not smelling fresh! (Smells of nothing)
I have made sure the rinse per dose etc is on (currently on med)
I dont fill the machine with lots of clothes and wash on the cotton setting.
Have used the clean drum option also too.
I never had this issue with my old machine which was a manual dispense drawer.
Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening?
I miss my freshly smelling clothes. Please help!
Thank you 😊

I have the same problem as the parson who put the post. All is clean, and closed properly in my case. No bubbles are formed here. Annoying

same issue here - did you get yours resolved?

But what’s the point? We pay so much for the machine it has to use soap not just run on water!

Hi - yes it was resolved. Rang the help centre and they sorted it out. They did a reset of the machine and not it works well.
process took about an hour.

I am having this same exact issue and Samsung aee not providing any assistance and telling me I will have to pay for an engineer as there is nothing wrong with the machine. I have tried everything. Has anyone had any success with Samsung? There is clearly a fault

Has everyone tried doing the drum clean regularly, and cleaning the pump filter (bottom of machine on right) setting auto dispense to highest settings, and re-calibrating the washing machine - and trying some of those throw in wash booster granules into the drum before the wash and seeing if that helps?
try to avoid these 'eco' soap detergent and fabric softener and cheap detergent and softener liquid . make sure you choose the right cycle for your wash. - if the items are soiled or smelly avoid quick washes and use longer washes and make use of the options (intensive wash, bubble soak, steam) and if the garments allow you, without ruining them, choose 60'c because that temperature should help you kill bacteria and smells .
Good luck.

I used to have same problem and after a while, fabric softener started to leak. I refilled it and after one cycle it was empty.
I contacted Samsung and guy came to my place, replaced auto dispenser, some motors and everything is just fine now.
