free 5 year warranty on washer dryer

I recently bought a series 7 washer dryer direct from Samsung online, I received it and wanted to register for the free 5 year warranty promotion, it is registered on my products list so item register it for the Extended warranty but received no email confirmation, upon checking on my products it shows the warranty expires in 2026 which is only 2 years, I have contacted Samsung via online chat, they reregistered it and told me I would get a email confirmation which so far I haven't, how long after registration do I have to wait for the email confirmation, one of the customer service agents told me it was immediate another said within a day or so?

Not sure myself, but if not recieved within a day, get on to customer services again.

I contacted customer service again, they tried to submit the registration again, told me the model i had wasn't on the list. Despite it definitely saying on the samsung website it includes a free 5 year warranty, they have passed it on to the warranty department for them to sort out.

I'm having the same problem as it is showing that I have registered my washing machine but it is not showing that I have the additional 3 years extended warranty. Can you point me in the right direction to contact customer service.
